These restaurants were the culmination of a commission by City Centre Restaurants for Derek Wylie Architecture to design and role out a Thai fusion concept chain of restaurants in Central London and then Nationally.

Red Squirrel Director Carl Ward was Job Architect on a number of restaurants whilst employed at Derek Wylie Architecture.

Typically, each project took 5 months from initial concept to Practical Completion with a construction phase of 6-8 weeks. We worked closely with the Design Team and Client to ensure that each project was delivered on time & budget, regardless of site constraints and investigations.
