Our client's brief for this 2 storey terraced house close to seven dials in Brighton, was to provide additional living space and enhance the relationship of the existing internal spaces.
The design provides a flexible living space; study 2 bedrooms and bathroom all planned within the existing loft space. A single storey rear extension with bi-folding doors and glazed roof lights provides an informal entertaining space which can be fully opened up to the garden space in the summer.
Status: Awaiting planning decision.
