The response to our client's brief is to provide a part two storey, part single storey rear extension. Contained within this volume are a private therapy room; an additional bedroom/ private study; and a ground floor entertaining space with strong visual and physical connections to the garden space. Careful selection of materials (timber, render and glass), and considered detailing will define these distinctly different spaces internally and create a unique, well proportioned external architecture.
