This existing four storey office building, is located next to Cannon Street Station close to the river Thames. The first phase of work included the complete refurbishment and fit-out of the existing shell. The main entrance was reconfigured to provide a stronger relationship with the street at ground floor level. The second phase of work will provide an additional level of office accommodation. The buildings facades will also be over-hauled to create a more unified contemporary aesthetic. The top 2 levels will have curtain wall glazing with coloured glass vertical fins; other areas will be over-clad with dark grey zinc cladding. Windows to the lower levels will be replaced, and the existing brickwork will be painted dark grey. The second phase of work has received planning permission and is due to commence in 2015.
