Chateau De Saint German
This scheme involves the delicate and sensitive transformation of the estate belonging to a 16th Century Chateau in central France. The proposals comprise of a seven star boutique hotel, a Spa housed in the Chateau basement, and a new contemporary 100 bedroom hotel sited within the estate’s parkland which will be re-landscaped.
The period outbuildings on the estate will also be refurbished and converted into conference and administration facilities, a restaurant, and a retail outlet.
2 contemporary units forming the new 100 room hotel will be carefully placed in the landscape at the lowest part of the site next to the lake.
The scheme was granted planning permission in 2009.
