Stage K – Construction to Practical Completion

At this stage we administer the contract to ensure the building works are carried out in line with the construction documents. Site visits are made and meetings are arranged with the contractor and client. If we are satisfied with the works we will certify interim payments to the contractor. Upon Practical Completion we will certify the works.

Stage L – Post Practical Completion

Site inspections of the works are carried out after practical completion to ensure the building works are defect free. At this point we will issue our final certificate and certify the release of the retention payments to the contractor.
