Stage C - Concept

The client’ brief is implemented at this stage. We prepare concept proposals which may take the form of sketches, card models, or 3d visualisations. Often a number of options are presented to the client. Through an iterative process the preferred option is agreed.

Stage D – Design Development

The concept design is developed at this stage into firm proposals which take the form of plans, sections and elevations. These drawings are compiled into a set of proposed planning drawings. Pre-application advice is sought from the local planning authority during these two stages and the planning application is made.
