Stage A – Appraisal

This is the inception stage of a project when we meet with clients to identify their needs and objectives. At this point we will discuss the possible constraints of any proposed development. We will also outline our scope of services that are appropriate to the project. The appointment is implemented at this stage which clarifies our scope and fees.

Stage B – Design Brief

The client’s brief is agreed at this stage. Typically measured surveys of existing buildings and service utilities are carried out. If appropriate we will prepare a feasibility study outlining options available to the client.
